Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the 1100 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out below. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 1100 and its users.
These terms apply to adult users residing in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to create an account or use any of our services.
1100 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute or discrepancy in interpretation, the Bengali version shall be considered the authoritative text.
Account Creation & Security
- Each individual may register only one account.
- You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration.
- Using a false name, incorrect date of birth, or another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
- A national ID may be requested for age verification purposes.
- Multiple accounts from the same device or IP address are not permitted.
- Keeping your login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility.
- Your password should never be shared with anyone else.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.
- Users are solely responsible for all activities carried out through their accounts.
- 1100 will never ask for your password via email or phone.
As part of the verification process, 1100 may request a copy of your ID or other supporting documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until this verification is complete. Any attempt to bypass verification using false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of the associated balance.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users must comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh while using the 1100 platform. Unauthorized access to or interference with any system, software, or network on the platform is prohibited. Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games or place bets is strictly forbidden.
Colluding with other users to gain unfair advantages, attempting to manipulate game outcomes, or exploiting platform vulnerabilities will be treated as a punishable offence. If such activity is proven, the account will be closed and the balance forfeited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.
- Copyrighted content on this platform may not be distributed or reproduced without authorization.
- Using the platform to harass, intimidate, or harm other users is strictly prohibited.

Payment & Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on the 1100 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The name on the payment account used for transactions must match the name registered on your 1100 account.
Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5 to 15 minutes, though delays may occur due to bank or payment gateway processing. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.

Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Users are solely responsible for any financial losses incurred while playing on the 1100 platform. 1100 is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, internet outages, or server downtime. Liability is also limited in cases of delays or issues arising from third-party payment gateways.
In cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, or suspicious behaviour, 1100 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. Inactive accounts (with no activity for 6 months or more) may be closed after a warning is issued.
All content on the 1100 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of 1100. Reproducing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.
The 1100 platform may integrate with third-party payment gateways or game providers. 1100 is not responsible for the services or policies of these third parties. Users are advised to review the third party's own terms and conditions.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
1100 reserves the right to amend, modify, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through the platform. Updated terms take effect from their date of publication.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes or legal claims will first be pursued through amicable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to the competent courts of Bangladesh.
